Welcome to the Empowerment community of Christian women dedicated to thinking innovatively about themselves as God intended and living a life of balance while pursuing their passions and purpose. We believe that as Christian women, we have unique gifts and talents that can be used to positively impact our families, communities, and the world around us.

About Empowerment:

Our community aims to foster an environment of support, encouragement, and inspiration. We understand women's challenges in today's fast-paced world, and we strive to provide resources and tools to help you navigate these challenges with grace and strength.

Through our monthly discussions in Real Talk with Rev. Melis~, Empowerment courses, and yearly events, we aim to empower women to recognize and reinforce their identity in Christ, to embrace their strengths and talents, and to explore new ways of thinking and approaching life. Whether you are a working professional, a stay-at-home mom, or somewhere in between, our community is a place where you can connect with like-minded women who share your faith and values.

 After being involved with Empowerment, I am now moving forward in my calling and what God has for me to do. I am excited about the new doors HE is opening ....!! Judy R.

When we battle with the ‘defeat-and-devalue belief cycle,’ we view ourselves as insignificant, purposeless, and apprehensive. The only way to break the ‘defeat-and-devalue belief cycle’ is to align our thoughts with God’s. When our thoughts align with Him, we walk in empowerment.

Empowerment is more than a mentoring program, it is a movement – a movement of women banding together to become the fearless women God destined them to be. 

WE ARE fearless women who are purposeful, productive, prosperous, and powerful for our Lord Jesus Christ.

WE ARE free from self-condemnation and ridicule.

WE ARE secure, confident, and courageous.

WE ARE living an abundant life that is filled with balance.

WE ARE inspired to conquer our fears, fulfill our dreams, and make a difference in our families, communities, and the world.

WE ARE women who are not influenced by trials and circumstances.

Before I started in Empowerment, I was depressed, I had very little hope, and I was not motivated to do anything.  Since I’ve been attending Empowerment and Real Talk with Rev. Melis~, I have learned who I am in Christ and have created goals that I am working on daily.  I would you like to encourage others to attend Empowerment.  You will not be the same.

SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS: Rev. Melis~ provides different strategies for achievement. Whether you apply these principles within Empowerment or other goals you desire to achieve, Set Yourself Up For Success will guide you on track.

UNLEASHED BRILLIANCE: Unleashed Brilliance is Empowerment's core course, which empowers women to shift their mindset positively and achieve a more balanced and fulfilled lifestyle. Using the diamond analogy to correlate with a woman's life, she will gain a fresh perspective on the strength, beauty, and resilience she obtains.

MONTHLY REAL-TALK: Monthly Real-Talk is when members meet with Rev. Melis~ as an online group session (Zoom) to discuss and identify pitfalls that derail and the strategies that propel.

REAL-TALK VAULT: Real-Talk Vault will give you access to the previous Real-Talk discussions where Rev. Melis~ coaches on various topics that might impact the balanced, productive, and fulfilled lifestyle.

ADVANCED COURSES: Advanced Courses are designed to help you grow your self-worth and identity in Christ, strengthen your purpose, and fuel your potential to accomplish your goals.

WELLNESS AND WHOLENESS: Wellness and Wholeness is designed to help you prioritize yourself, not selfishly, but healthily. Rev. Melis~ provides tips for physical, emotional, and mental wellness and wholeness.
